Over the past year, our working board of directors and contracted team have made significant progress, establishing key foundational changes that reflect our core values and mission, and we look forward to sharing these with membership. The virtual AGM is an opportunity for membership to be informed of all the work our team has been doing, and to give members and attendees an opportunity to ask questions.

Voting of Board of Directors
This year we have 3 positions on the Board that require your vote: President, Treasurer & Membership. Voting members include professional, registered, student, honorary life and inactive members.
Electronic Voting
Voting members who are not able to attend the virtual AGM synchronously may vote by electronic ballot, which will be sent to all membership on the day of the AGM (November 29, 2026 at 12:00am Eastern Time). Members who are not attending the AGM may cast their votes until the start of the AGM at 11:00 am PT / 12:00 pm MT / 1:00 pm CT / 1:00 pm ET / 2:00 pm AT / 2:30 pm NT to ensure that their votes are accounted for. The electronic voting link for each agenda item will be closed after the synchronous voting is concluded throughout the AGM as each item is discussed at various times. Voting electronically, either asynchronously before the AGM or synchronously at the AGM, will require logging into your membership account. If you are a voting member (professional, registered, student, inactive, honorary life), please ensure that you are able to log in to your membership account before November 29 if you would like to participate in voting.
